Before transitioning to Chicago real estate, I owned and operated a successful home staging and design firm in Arizona, working with homeowners and agents to prepare properties for market. I also gained valuable experience as a Luxury REALTOR® in Vail, Colorado, where attention to detail and elevated marketing were essential.

Today, through Erin Seabury Home + Design, I bring those disciplines together for clients across Evanston and Chicago’s North Shore. My approach blends:
